Formz version 1.0 is available for Userland Frontier and Radio UserLand, running on any platform.

If you agree to the license, download formz-1.0.sit (16 KB) or formz-1.0.zip (22 KB). The downloads are identical except for the choice of compression; either download can run on either platform.

After download, follow the instructions in the included Readme.html file.
